Police say they observed 51-year-old Julio Peralta of Freeport Monday night conducting drug sales from his 1998 BMW to three people in Freeport and Baldwin.
Police say they recovered one ounce of cocaine and an underdetermined amount of cash from his car. They charged him with five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police also arrested Pedro Quiroz and Mohan Ramdahin, both of Freeport, and Katiusca Polanco, of Baldwin. All were charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
