Espaillat, who came about a thousand votes shy of beating Rangel in the Democratic primary, joins us to discuss the next campaign.

Also, as the investigation continues into Wednesday's deadly explosion in East Harlem, one of the theories is that aging pipes might have led to a gas leak.

The Center for an Urban Future says the blast is a wakeup call. The center released an extensive report on New York City's aging infrastructure and found we need a serious upgrade, saying that if left unchecked, the result could be devastating to the city's economy.

We're joined by Jonathan Bowles, executive director of the Center for an Urban Future, and Adam Forman, the author of the report on the city's infrastructure.

And, 7 On Your Side's Nina Pineda is with us to explain how third party energy providers work, and how you can avoid unexpected shock on your energy bill.

Some New Jersey residents were shocked when their bills went through the roof and they noticed charges from a third party energy company.
