Sabrina Rasa, then 39, was killed on March 27, 2009.
The Peekskill woman's body was found behind a vacant building on the campus of the Montrose Veterans Affairs Hospital in Cortlandt.
Now, Crime Stoppers is re-issuing a $2,500 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
