Police looking for suspects in Bronx thefts

BRONX, N.Y.

Last week, in the University Heights section of the Bronx, New York City Police said four men entered a home, tied up one person and threatened two others at gunpoint. They stole electronics and $20,000 in cash, then fled in a dark-colored BMW.

In another incident, a man broke into Health Opportunity High School in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx, police said.

They are looking for the culprit based on surveillance video taken inside the school early Sunday morning.

The suspect stole laptops, digital cameras, several Metrocards and $300 in cash.
