Jay Dorfman, 65, of Englewood, was taken into custody in connection with two different incidents in Leonia, N.J., on March 12.
Dorfman was charged with four counts of attempted luring and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held on $350,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
He has not been charged in the other reported lurings in Bergen County in March. Authorities had said all the incidents were not related.
