New Jersey school celebrates 'Yellow Day' in hopes of spreading kindness
Liz Cho has more on the New Jersey school celebrating 'Yellow Day' in hopes of spreading kindness.

WESTFIELD, New Jersey (WABC) -- There was a lot of yellow worn at a preschool in New Jersey - and it was all for kindness.

Compass Schoolhouse in Westfield celebrated 'Yellow Day,' a movement to teach children what kindness is all about.

The students participated in lessons centered around what a compliment is, how to help a friend, and things to say to be kind.

If you see someone doing something extraordinarily kind, let us know at our "Be Kind" campaign page.
