Elderly man rescued after car goes into marina

PANAMA CITY, Florida (WABC) -- An 89-year-old man was rescued from his car by the Coast Guard in Florida.

His car somehow went off the road and into the Saint Andrews Marina in Panama City last Friday. Luckily, a Coast Guard cutter ship was nearby - and saw the whole thing.

The crew members launched a boat and came to the driver's rescue - breaking the window and pulling him to safety.
