BUFFALO (WABC) -- Legendary singer Aretha Franklin says she got no respect at a restaurant in Upstate New York.

Franklin stopped at a Johnny Rockets outside of Buffalo after performing a sold-out show on Tuesday night.

The 'Queen of Soul' says she was screamed at by a server who said she couldn't sit down and eat because she ordered takeout.

The franchise owner has apologized for the actions of what he described as a "new and very young employee".
