They're the best of the best, the most intelligent, confident and resourceful recruits that the FBI has to offer. But ABC's new government thriller shows making it at Quantico, the prestigious and difficult FBI training academy, is no easy task.

Before Alex Parrish was tasked with figuring out the culprit behind a massive terrorist attack, she learned to be an FBI agent at the elite Quantico base. Think you have what it takes? Here are the skills you'll need at Quantico.

1. Physical endurance

ABC

Quantico recruits come from a variety of backgrounds, but one thing that they all have in common is their incredible physical shape. To make it at Quantico, you'll need upper body strength, stamina, and strong flexibility.

2. Great aim

ABC

In the field, it's not out of the ordinary to have to use a weapon. Quantico recruits will need to master their aim when handling firearms.

3. Classroom smarts

ABC

Don't think just because you got into Quantico that you won't have to study hard. Expect long hours of classroom work and hitting the books, with topics like counter-terrorism, double-crossing and going rogue appearing on the final.

4. Social skills

ABC

The FBI training academy is almost like a summer camp, with recruits spending nearly every hour of every day together. This is why you'll need expert social skills to make friends and avoid creating enemies that could hurt, or even hunt, you later on.

5. Honesty

ABC

You'll be dealing with a lot of high-ranking agents when making your way through Quantico. So it's important to keep positive business relationships and not burn bridges with your superiors, just in case they accuse you of treason or being a terrorist later on in your career.

Quantico premieres Sunday, September 27 at 10 p.m. ET | 9 p.m. CT on ABC.
