Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent can't get along, and neither can their superhero alter egos. The two go head-to-head in more ways than one in the new trailer for Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

The new trailer premiered on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night, introduced by Batman himself Ben Affleck, who showed up in the audience after Kimmel and his sidekick Guillermo lit the Bat-Signal to summon him.

In the trailer, things get heated between Batman and Superman (Henry Cavill) while Lex Luther (Jesse Eisenberg) revels in their rivalry. After the appearance of Doomsday, though, the pair might be forced to work together. The two super-powered men seem to get some help at the end by a newcomer: Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot).

Overnight the trailer was viewed more than 700,000 times on YouTube, signaling anticipation ahead of the film's March 2016 release.
