If you're like Debra Ballinger you know that after a good workout you need to redo your hair:
"I try to work out 3-4 times a week but the downside is I'm sweaty and feel gross."
But washing and styling your hair adds more busy work to your day that you probably don't have time for...until now. Debra rinses off and then gets her hair styled by "Glam and go" the brain child of Erika Wasser.
"I was trying to get to the gym and I couldn't go and I realized I wasn't going because of my hair," said Wasser.
The stand up comedienne realized she isn't alone in bailing on her workouts because she doesn't have the time, energy or skill to do her hair after hitting the gym. She also knows that experts can make your hair look great in no time--express styling if you will.
"Here's a solution where gorgeous hair and busy schedule are no longer mutually exclusive and you get to the gum without looking like you've left one."
Glam and Go's quickest styling option is the dry wash and blow. That's dry shampoo and the styling takes 15 minutes. It costs 20 dollars.
"If you have a little more time you can shower and we style our blowouts are 35 dollars," said Wasser
Updos are a little more expensive. You can book your service on line, over the phone--and there's an app.
"We're about speed, quality and service and all those three things are accessible and affordable, it's hard to beat," said Wasser.
Which is why Debra finds herself working out a lot more consistently these days.
"I have no more excuses, I have to actually go."
