UNION CITY, N.J. (WABC) -- Hundreds of people turned out for nursing home workers who say they're being locked out.

The Health Care Workers Union organized Tuesday night's rally in Union City, New Jersey.

About two dozen workers say Alaris Health has kept them from working after they took part in a three-day strike two weeks ago.

Alaris Health says the workers couldn't return to work right away because of scheduling conflicts with the temporary workers the company was forced to hire.
