20-year-old man killed in Brooklyn bodega shooting
Anthony Johnson has the details from Crown Heights.

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot outside a Brooklyn bodega early Saturday.

The shooting happened at 4:25 a.m. on Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights.

The 20-year-old victim was inside the store, walked outside and several shots were fired.

He was hit multiple times in the torso, police say. He went back inside the bodega to tell someone he had been shot, and 911 was called.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

There have been no arrests, and there is no description yet of the suspect or suspects.

Detectives are looking into whether the victim was the intended target. His identity has not yet been released.

There were several shell casings on the street in front of the store. At least one bullet shattered one of the windows.
