A teenager accused of throwing a vicious punch on a Paterson street corner as part of a "Knockout Game" attack is expected to turn himself in to police Tuesday, but authorities say they are still actively searching for him and will arrest him if they find him before he surrenders.

The 16-year-old who allegedly shot the video surrendered to police over the weekend.

The video was shot in December, but the brutal violence has people living in the community afraid to go outside and frustrated.

Police called the attack disgusting, saying the suspect faces charges including aggravated assault and conspiracy.

As for the victim, he was treated at a hospital after the knockout punch and released.

Police Director Jerry Speziale released a video statement Friday on Facebook to the public about the video.

The names of the teens were not released because of their ages.
