BAYONNE, New Jersey (WABC) -- A media company from Long Island's management team retreat certainly did not go as they planned.

Efferent Media's retreat was on the Royal Caribbean's Anthem of the Seas, which was battered and damaged by an intense winter storm out at sea.

The media company posted time-lapse video from a balcony cabin to their Facebook page.

The company adds that while the retreat was certainly not what they had planned, it certainly brought the team together.
