CANONSBURG, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania teenager with terminal cancer married his girlfriend in a ceremony put on by the whole community.

18-year-old Luke Blanock tied the knot with his high school sweetheart, Natalie Britvich, in front of 200 people on Friday in Canonsburg, Washington County.

Luke, a basketball and baseball star, was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer just over two years ago.

That cancer is now terminal.

So the town came together and donated everything they needed to throw their dream wedding.

With not a dry eye in the house, Luke was able to walk down the aisle - by himself - without his crutches to marry the love of his life.
