PATERSON, New Jersey (WABC) -- Eyewitness News is learning more about the victim of a shocking, unprovoked attack that was caught on camera in New Jersey.

Cesar Nejara is a 37-year-old street cleaner who was knocked unconscious on a corner in Paterson.

Nejara's wife and five children still live in Guatemala, and they're hoping to gain Visas to be able to join him in America.

18-year-old Kristian Gonzalez is charged in the attack, along with another young man who videotaped it.

Gonzalez's attorney claims the teen's ADHD may be a contributing factor to his behavior.
