2 Muslim girls targeted by egg throwing suspects in Buffalo

BUFFALO, New York (WABC) -- A disturbing bias attack in New York targeted two Muslim girls.

The girls had eggs thrown at them as they were walking in Buffalo earlier this week while they were wearing Muslim head scarves.

A witness says three men jumped out of an SUV and yelled at the girls as they threw the eggs.

She says the girls were traumatized and ran away.

Muslim officials are urging the victims to come forward.
