Earth Day 2016 is almost here! Their annual Earth Day New York events are a fantastic way to to connect to environmental campaigns, green lifestyle products, and interesting people doing great green work! They will have dozens of exhibitors, interactive displays, live performances, and kids' activities. Also, learn more about their #carfreenyc initiative, a citywide campaign to promote greener and healthier modes of transportation in NYC!
Earth Day 5K Green Tour

This spring they'll be holding their second annual Earth Day 5K Green Tour. It's a 5K with a twist as they raise money for their year-round environmental education programs and participate in a walking tour of great sites in the city, such as the Lowline (the world's first underground park), the eco-friendly 1 Hotel Central Park, and a natural food cooking school as well as a sneak peak of a new nature documentary. It's a great activity for friends, family, a corporate volunteer team, or school group. Lunch will be provided by the Natural Gourmet Institute!
