Arrest in stray bullet shooting of 7-year-old boy in Paterson

PATERSON, New Jersey (WABC) -- There has been an arrest in the stray bullet shooting of a 7-year-old boy in Paterson, New Jersey.

Jaiden Deleon was playing with his siblings at his home on February 29th when shot were fired on his street.

A stray bullet came through a window and hit him in the shoulder.

After a seven-week investigation, police arrested 29-year-old Justin Pope.

He faces charges including attempted murder.
