NYPD searching for man wanted for stalking teen on subway in Brooklyn

PARK SLOPE, Brooklyn (WABC) -- The NYPD is asking the public to help identify a suspect wanted for stalking a teenage girl on the subway in Brooklyn.

Police released a cell phone picture of the man they're looking for.

It was taken by a 16-year-old girl who says the man has followed her on five occasions since April while she was boarding and riding on the G train in Brooklyn.

In one instance, police say the girl boarded the north bound G train at 4th Avenue and 9th Street subway station, when the suspect was following her towards the Fulton Street subway station.

She exited the train at Fulton Street subway station and the man remained on board the train.

The teen was not hurt.

The individual is described as a male Asian, approximately in his late 40's, 5'3" tall, 170lbs., with black hair and last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue overcoat and wearing glasses.
