EAST NEW YORK, Brooklyn (WABC) -- There is new video of a botched robbery inside a deli in Brooklyn.

A would-be robber is seen pointing a gun at workers in a store on Stanley Avenue in East New York.

The man, wearing a long dreadlock wig, demanded money, but the workers refused to comply.

One worker even hit the suspect with a bat.

The suspect kept standing there as the workers stood their ground.

He was eventually chased out of the store empty handed.

The suspect is described as 20 to 30 years old, 5'10", 160lbs, with a dreadlock wig; last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweater, dark colored sweatpants and black sneakers.
