Jones Beach prepares for 4th of July crowds

JONES BEACH, Long Island (WABC) -- Jones Beach is getting ready for the crowds this Fourth of July weekend.

People have already been getting an early jump on the festivities.

They say, what isn't to love about the Fourth of July?

The weather is supposed to be gorgeous all weekend, which means the boardwalk will soon be filled with people.

Many are eager to get into the water.

Going to the beach is only some of people's plans. Others are planning to attend barbecues and spend time with friends.

The MTA is also adding extra trains and buses Friday, ahead of the holiday.
