NYPD releases surveillance video of Manhattan purse thief involved in robbery spree

NEW YORK (WABC) -- The NYPD is searching for a suspect wanted in a robbery pattern since last month.

You can see him in action in the above video released on Tuesday.

The suspect was involved in 10 incidents going back to June 11th and most recently occurring on June 30th.

All of the robberies involved female victims of all ages and occurred all across Midtown.

Many of the robberies involved the suspect stealing purses that included cash, credit cards, metro cards, and licenses.

The suspect is described as a white male and was last seen wearing a white pocket hat, plaid collared shirt, tan slacks, brown loafers, and glasses.
