FLUSHING, Queens (WABC) --A man was found shot to death in Queens Wednesday night after a dispute apparently over drugs.
Just before midnight, police responded to a 911 call near 35th Avenue and Farrington Street in Flushing. They found a 50-year-old man, identified as Richard Brown of Hempstead, with a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was walking and talking with the suspect before the shooting, witnesses told police. The discussion is believed to be over drugs.
The gunman fled on a black motorcycle, west on 35th Avenue.
Brown was taken to Booth Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
