Argument on street leads to fatal shooting inside Bronx beauty salon

WEST FARMS, Bronx (WABC) -- Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man inside a popular beauty salon in the Bronx on Tuesday evening.

It happened at 6 p.m. inside the Believe Beauty Spa near the intersection of Southern Boulevard and East Tremont Avenue in the West Farms section.

29-year-old Julio Lebron was shot multiple times and was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he later died.

Police say Lebron got into an argument over money on East Tremont Avenue, and two men followed him inside the salon.

One of the men pulled a gun and shot Lebron. Both ran away from the scene.

There have been no arrests.
