VIDEO: Man breaks world record for fastest speed on skateboard

COLORADO -- A Santa Cruz skateboarder recently broke the world record for fastest speed ever recorded on a skateboard.

Last Monday, Kyle Wester reached a blistering 89.41 miles per hour.

Santa Cruz Skateboards provided video of the record-breaking skate in Colorado.

Wester says he's anxious before he starts each run but once moving, he stays calm and focused.

He's also not satisfied with the record and wants to hit triple digits someday.
