JAMAICA, Queens (WABC) -- The TSA is being urged to make swift policy changes after a shocking security breach at JFK Airport.

11 passengers passed through a check point Monday that was left unattended.

The TSA did not notify police for two hours, which allowed those passengers to board flights.

Tuesday night, an aviation safety group is calling for new regulations requiring the TSA to immediately notify police after a breach, and for police to be posted at all screening areas.
