BUSHWICK, Brooklyn (WABC) -- A memorial is growing larger in Brooklyn, where a young boy lost his life after police say he fell 30 feet while jumping from building to building.

13-year-old Rame Pierre-Louis died in Bushwick Friday night when he and a friend were rooftop hopping on Grove Street, according to police.

Friends and family have been gathering at several memorials in the neighborhood, everyone trying to cope with the tragedy.

The second teen who fell was taken to the hospital where he is in stable condition.

Pierre-Louis had severe trauma to his head and body. His 15-year-old friend had pelvic injuries.

In January last year, a 15-year-old girl died after she tried to jump from one rooftop to another in Manhattan and fell five stories.
