2 men in Bronx steal gold chains, cash from victim

BRONX, New York (WABC) -- Police are looking for two men in an armed robbery in the Bronx this week.

Around 2:30 a.m. Monday at Sheridan Avenue and East 169th Street, two men walked up to another man from behind.

One had a handgun and pointed it at the victim's neck while the second man stole two gold chains, a watch, a cell phone, a jacket, a debit card and about $80 in cash, according to the New York City Police Department.

The two then fled east on 169th Street to a dark SUV.

The first suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 5 feet 9 inches and last seen wearing a gray sweat suit and black sneakers.

The second is a 5-feet-9-inch man who had a mask over his face and was wearing a black sweat suit and black gloves.
