Woman swallows $7,000 out of spite in fight with husband in Colombia

COLOMBIA (WABC) -- Couples do a lot of strange things when they fight, but here's a new extreme.

A woman in Colombia swallowed rolls of $100 bills out of spite.

She said she was trying to hide the money from her husband during a fight.

She gobbled around $7,000.

Doctors were able to recover approximately $5,700 during surgery.
