Taxi robbed on Upper East Side

UPPER EAST SIDE, New York (WABC) -- Police are looking for two suspects in an early morning taxi robbery over the weekend.

Around 4 a.m. Sunday, outside 25 East 78th St., two men walked past a parked yellow taxi, then one of the men returned to it with a gun.

The suspect then took $160 from the victim, while the second suspect watched, according to the New York City Police Department.

The suspects fled the scene. There were no reported injuries.
