New chocolate snorting trend causing health concerns

This isn't your typical Hershey's Kiss. A new powdered chocolate product promises to give partiers a thrill when they snort it.

But, the powdered chocolate is causing health concerns.

The product known as "Coco Loko" is chocolate powder mixed with other ingredients.

It is supposed to give a feeling similar to ecstasy.

As of yet, the FDA is unsure of whether it falls under its jurisdiction to evaluate the safety of the chocolate.
