Suspects sought in Brooklyn robberies
Police are looking for two suspects in a Brooklyn robbery spree.

EAST NEW YORK, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police are searching for two suspects wanted for at least eight robberies across Brooklyn recently.

Since July 17th, the robbers have pulled a gun on clerks at several delis and convenience stores and then demanded cash, according to the NYPD.

The duo, a man and a woman, have made off with thousands of dollars and a cell phone.

The latest incident was on Wednesday at Fares Deli in East New York.

The NYPD issued these descriptions of the suspects:

Individual #1: male, black, approximately 20-30 year, 5'8", 160lbs, last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a white hooded long-sleeved sweater, black pants and black sneakers.

Individual #2: female, black, approximately 5'6" tall, 135lbs., mid 20's to early 30's and last seen wearing a black du-rag, black long-sleeved shirt, black jeans, black sneakers, black purse and seen acting in concert with individual #1 in at least three of the robberies.
