2 men in critical condition after NJ Turnpike service area shooting

AJ Ross has more details on the shooting at a New Jersey Turnpike rest stop.

WOODBRIDGE, New Jersey (WABC) -- Two men are in serious, but stable condition after a shooting in the parking lot of a New Jersey Turnpike service area.

Police were called to the Thomas Edison Service Area in Woodbridge Township around 7 p.m. Friday.

A Mercedes van with a shot out window parked in the rear of the rest stop will be towed away for evidence.

It is not clear what led up to the shooting, but police believe there was an isolated altercation.
