Aaron Judge added to "Mural Row" of Yankee greats
Marcus Solis reports on a new addition to the Yankees "Mural Row," outfielder Aaron Judge.

BRONX, New York (WABC) -- Aaron Judge is the odds-on favorite to win the American League Rookie of the Year award and is among the candidates for MVP, but there's another honor for the Yankees slugger.

He is the only active player depicted in a series of murals adorning the Yankee Stadium area.

Over the last four years the murals have been popping up on the roll down gates of businesses near the ballpark.

Likenesses of retired Yankee greats include Reggie Jackson, Mariano Rivera and Derek Jeter and even non-Bombers Jackie Robinson and Roberto Clemente.

The initiative by the 161st Street Business Improvement District is a way to connect the community with the team.

Bronx artist Andre Trenier painted the mural showing Judge swinging a bat in about six hours earlier this month.
