Little Big Town talks about their CMA nomination
Jennifer Matarese interviews the members of the band Little Big Town.

NEW YORK (WABC) -- They are the reigning "Lead Vocal Group of the Year" and "Little Big Town" is nominated again.

The country band took part in revealing this year's CMA nominations alongside Darius Rucker.

Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook make up the band "Little Big Town".

Fairchild and Westbrook are married and Schlapman and Sweet make up the rest of the foursome that has been together for some 16 years.

They've seen each other through marriages and children and now they are gearing up to hit the road again with the release of their new album "Pain Killer". The hit single "Day Drinking" gave them their highest ever debut on the charts. "It naturally felt like the first thing we should do," Phillip Sweet said.

The group says that they have some great competition among their fellow CMA nominees, but one thing is for certain, they're hoping to perform! They said that some of their "most memorable performances" have been at the CMAs. "We get to be super creative with our moment, so fingers crossed!" Karen Fairchild said.

You can watch the CMA's on ABC on Wednesday November 5th at 8 p.m.
