3 shot in 2 separate incidents in Harlem

HARLEM (WABC) -- Police are investigating after three people were shot in two separate locations in Harlem Tuesday night.

The first shooting happened at the intersection 124 Street and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard just before 8 p.m.

A 27-year-old woman was shot in the back and a 19-year-old man shot in the foot.

Both were taken to Harlem Hospital in serious but stable condition.

There is no word on what led to that shooting although witnesses told police a group of teens was seen running away.

Then around 8:30 p.m. another shooting happened at 119 Street and St. Nicholas Avenue.

A 32-year-old man was shot in the groin after a dispute with another man in his 20s.

He was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in serious condition.

So far there are no arrests and the investigations are on-going.
