Elderly woman caught in crossfire in Bronx
Carolina Leid has the story.

MORRISANIA, Bronx (WABC) -- An elderly woman was shot by a stray bullet in the Bronx Friday night.

The 75-year-old woman was shot in the right leg around 8 p.m. while walking on Union Avenue.

She was taken to Lincoln Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The gunfire broke out after there was a dispute between two groups of men.

The woman was caught in the crossfire.

So far, there are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
