MIDTOWN (WABC) -- A different kind of busy-ness landed in Midtown Manhattan on Saturday. Bees, apparently looking for a new home, swarmed a crosswalk light at 5th Avenue and 57th Street.

Andrew Cote of the New York City Beekeepers Association was called by the NYPD to remove the bees.

Cote said there were approximately 30,000 bees on the crosswalk light.
