Car crashes after police chase in Jersey City, 1 in custody

JERSEY CITY (WABC) -- A car crashed in Jersey City after the Hudson County Sheriff's deputy attempted to pull the vehicle over.

The vehicle had been reported stolen.

It happened around 6 a.m. Monday on Routes 1 and 9, Tonnelle Avenue at Manhattan Avenue.

The suspect is in custody. No one was injured.

Other police are on the scene to assist with traffic control.
