Day care center in Sandy Hook, NJ given all-clear after bomb threat

SANDY HOOK, N.J. (WABC) -- A day care center in Monmouth County has been given the all-clear following a bomb threat earlier Wednesday.

The day care center is in Sandy Hook and is called the Sandy Hook Child Care Center.

All of the children and staff inside were evacuated but children have since been picked up by parents. The phone call delivering the threat is still being investigated.

Local police departments are assisting in the investigation along with Sandy Hook law enforcement.
