Man accused of causing police chases captured on Long Island due to online videos

SHIRLEY, Long Island (WABC) -- YouTube videos helped police on Long Island find a mystery motorcyclist.

State Police say Kenny Martinez, 27, of Shirley, uploaded several videos, captured by his helmet camera, showing his rogue, off-road riding.

Officers from several agencies say he led them on chases over the years.

Then one officer discovered video online of a chase he had been involved in.

Now Martinez faces several charges, including unlawfully fleeing police, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and numerous vehicle and traffic violations.
