WOODBRIDGE, N.J. (WABC) -- Police in New Jersey are frantically looking for a missing father of two young children.
34-year-old Edward Wortman was last seen at his home in Woodbridge on October 25.
Police say he may be in danger because of a medical condition.
He disappeared with no identification and no glasses.
He has a tattoo on his forearm saying "chosen one".
Wortman is about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 178 pounds, with a medium build, brown eyes, and black hair. He is believed to have been wearing jeans, gray Converse shoes, and possibly a hat.
