'Bruce Jenner Lane' in Texas neighborhood might be changed

AUSTIN, Texas (WABC) -- A neighborhood board in Texas could soon be hearing a debate to change the name of a street in an area named for Olympians.

"Bruce Jenner Lane" is in the same Austin community as other streets bearing the names of gold medalists.

Some people are wondering if the street should reflect Jenner's request to "call her Caitlyn."

Half of the neighborhood would have to sign a petition for the board to consider it. The neighborhood board said there's no plan to change the street name at this time.
