EAST FLATBUSH, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police are looking for a suspect after two men were shot, one fatally, in East Flatbush.

Gary Walker, 33, of Brooklyn, was killed, shot in the face outside the family's East Flatbush home Monday evening. Alhari Delva, 31, was shot in the back. He is currently in Kings County Hospital where he is critical.

Walker was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital.

The two were in a dispute on the street with up to three other men, according to the New York City Police Department.

"We just heard gunshots, and we just thought it was like a regular shooting around the neighborhood, but we didn't know it was here," said Samantha Jean. "And then we went outside, we saw a body outside and another body."

Neighbors said the area around East 56th Street between Church and Snyder Avenues is a quiet block, normally free from crime.

"It gives me pause, makes me re-assess what I was thinking about," said George Wilson.

"It's really sad. I hate to know something like this is happening on my block. I hope it never happens again," adds Eustac Benjamin.

Walker was an airport worker with one prior arrest.

So far, no arrests have been made.
