LITTLE NECK (WABC) -- The FBI and the NYPD are searching for two men who pulled off an armed robbery at a bank in Queens.

Authorities say the two entered Chase Bank at 56-21 Marathon Parkway in Little Neck last Thursday.

Both were dressed in dark clothing with cloth masks across their faces.

One of them carried a black bag and handgun. The other man first approached the personal banking area and ordered the banker and customer to move to the seats in the bank's lobby, according to investigators.

The banker and customer complied with the demands, and one suspect lowered himself to the ground nearby.

The second suspect ordered the manager to open the door to the teller area. Once inside the teller area, he removed currency from one of the teller drawers and then instructed the manager to open the bank's vault.

Once inside the cash vault, he took a significant amount of cash from the vault, put all the stolen money inside the black bag, and both suspects fled the bank, heading southbound on Marathon Parkway.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 212-384-1000. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
