The NYPD is hoping video will lead to the arrests of suspects robbing Laundromats and restaurants in Brooklyn and Queens

PROSPECTS-LEFFERTS GARDENS (WABC) -- Police searching for suspects in a string of New York City robberies over the past six months have released new video they hope will lead to arrest.

Authorities say the three men have hit 14 businesses, mostly Laundromats, in Brooklyn and Queens.

The video comes from the most recent robbery, which happened just before midnight Saturday at Express Laundry on Caton Avenue in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens section.

In each case, the three suspects, all wearing masks and gloves and one armed with a gun, entered the location and took money from the register as well as any customers. There were no reported injuries.

The first incident happened back on January 19, just after 2 a.m., at the Choo Choo Laundry on East 102nd Street.

The suspects are described by the victims as black males.

Anyone with information in regards to any of these robberies is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
