VIDEO: Purse snatching from grandmother on MTA bus in the Bronx

BRONX (WABC) -- A brazen purse snatching on an MTA bus in the Bronx was caught on camera.

The video shows a young man grab the purse from the arm of a 53-year-old grandmother who was seated with her grandson on her lap.

It happened on February 26th at the corner of Commonwealth and East Tremont avenues.

The victim's purse contained her iPhone 5 and personal identifications.

Police are still looking for the thief.

The suspect is described as in his teens, approximately 5'4" tall, 130lbs, last seen wearing a green jacket, black t-shirt, black pants and multi-colored book bag.
