INDIANAPOLIS -- A tiny two-legged Chihuahua named Turbo is mobile again thanks to some creative engineering.

The little guy was born with just his back legs, but that hasn't stopped his determination to press on.

A crowdfunding page for Turbo explains that when he was just 4-weeks-old, he was brought to a veterinary clinic in Indiana and surrendered by a breeder.

Since then, he's been adopted by his foster parents and is able to get around thanks to a makeshift wheelchair that was built using toy parts and copper wiring.

An Instagram account called turbo.roo features lots of pictures of the little guy, including a look at the many attempts to build him a sturdy cart.
